PAINT THE SOUL’S DANCE MISSION

During the PAINT THE SOUL’S DANCE art process, we use painting or collage as a way to guide our personal images out onto the paper, with the randomness of a dream.  

These art-making sessions encourage letting go, and not worrying about perfection. As we ease into this nurturing creative retreat, we slow down and watch the abundance of our thoughts as in yoga, meditation,dance, or journalling. These thoughts and sensations are integrated into colors and form. 

There is no training required for these workshops. The environment, materials, and process inspire and guide our own inspired expression. All sessions are guided by Susan Blair Brew, certified by Aviva Gold in 2002.

Susan is exhibiting her fabric collages, mixed media collages, photographs, and print editions of various works at WIRED GALLERY and CAFE at 520 Main Street is now W A C, or WIRED Artist Cooperative, a consortium of more than 25 local artists exhibiting works of diverse mediums ranging from acrylic, oil, and watercolor paint, mixed media collage, fabric, pastel, graphite, collagraph prints, and digital photography. There are also 3 D sculptures and pieces in steel, clay, pottery, glass, and cloth.

During July and August please come meet the artists 5-9PM July 26th and August 30th during the Bethlehem Art Walk on Main Street, Bethlehem. About Susan
