ART PARTIES AND RETREATS
In addition to her regularly scheduled workshops, Susan is available to arrange retreats or gatherings at her studio or other locations, in any of the workshop mediums that she offers.  In her experience, every custom gathering requires attention to a client’s personal taste and focus. She is flexible and open to ideas in planning an event. FACILITIES

Susan's studio is 28 X30 and allows at 12-15 people to paint for a 2-3 hour event, and is always set up for art play. The kitchen space facilitates the mechanics of serving food and beverages, equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, toaster oven, microwave, electric teapot, and two deep metal sinks. There is a buffet size table perfect for setting up food for a celebration. Weather permitting, children, family members, and friends can enjoy the rural setting, making use of the perfect environment to release party energy, during a break..

PERSONAL ART PARTIES: ADULTS/ CHILDREN
Susan's goal is to assist in making an event a personal and memorable celebration. When planning a personal art party, she works closely with families in designing each party, ready to discuss thematic parties as well. An option to having each party member create his or her own artwork, is for the group to create a collaborative work on a large sheet of paper. Please allow at least a six weeks notice before the desired date of the party. Clients are encouraged to visit the studio space at least 2 weeks before the event. Pricing will vary according to the size and goals of the party.

BUSINESS RETREATS
This creative process in painting or collage has been successful in a business retreat format as well. The advantage to arranging a retreat at the Coplay studio is that set up is minimal, and the setting relaxed. Rates will depend on the size of the group and how much planning goes into the collaboration with the representative of the business, with respect to the format of the retreat: the timing, retreat "mission," and number of people.  Please call for information.

ONE OR MORE PERSONAL RETREATS
Adults can arrange a private all day painting retreat for a group of friends or family.  In this case the group would be charged per person based on the regular workshop rates.  Once Susan has worked with an individual client in a workshop, there is a possibility of arranging a personal retreat. This could include overnight accommodations for one or two persons and working with Susan individually. See Private Sessions.
