This combines physical relaxation, mixed media collage, and journaling. The collages or dream charts will incorporate the use of clippings from magazines, papers, markers, glue, nature finds, and feathers, all of which is provided. This workshop offers participants an opportunity to slow their daily pace, both physically and mentally. Starting with easy stretches, breath work, and guided meditation, you establish a calm foundation from which you feel more ready to explore, in a non-thinking way what your possibilities of abundance are now. With the use of journaling and then collage work, your goal will be to visualize passively what you want to create in your life for the New Year. This quiet contemplative creative process is a powerful way to encourage subtle transformation and a deeper insight. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing, and bring a blanket or yoga mat, if you have one. |
